[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — motor claim issue

This is with reference to claim no. Oc[protected]-00007774 agaings i10 grand magna. On july 2, 2017 at around 6:30 pm, i was at ito redlight, driving my i10 grand dl10cs7096 with my wife, my 8 months old daughter & my 10 years old nephew returning from a family function when i observed from right mirror, a white car approaching towards me. It banged onto my car creating dents & scratches & breaks the right side mirror. To save my car, i turned slightly towards left & got hit by another car which has created scratches & dents towards the left side.
I have been repeatedly calling sunrise hyundai & bajaj allianz guys & they always said that we are looking into this matter & after almost 25 days, i got a letter this week from bajaj allianz that they will give claim for right side mirror only & nothing else giving the reason that all the damages have been there before the accident. They are saying that "if there has been any scratch or dent in any of your car panel that has been reported at the time of servicing then we will not give claim for any new damage to that panel".
This is the most pathetic statement that bajaj allianz is giving to me since i am using this car for last 3 years & in delhi traffic, there could be any scratch in 3 years. And if i am paying rs 13k every year to bajaj allianz keeping in mind that my car would be secure, but after this statement i would assume that i cannot claim ever for my car since there could be any damage in any panel which i have not claimed earlier. Then why bajaj is asking to pay insurance premium every year when they are not ready to pay for any panel that has any previous damage.
I have taken this insurance after sunrise hyundai guys have persuaded me to opt for this insurance, however after waiting for almost 25 days there has been no support from anyone in getting the required claims. I am filing a consumer complaint on both sunrise hyundai & bajaj allianz & will take this matter to higher level.
Bajaj allianz is a fraud insurance company which is making there customers fool by giving such statements & sunrise hyundai is helping them to gain more customers & help nothing in getting the insurance claims.

I told them many times dont call me, bt coustomer care peples nt understnad, i told them many times just put my call n DND, ...if i ll get again call for bajaj so i will complnt to police station..
