[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — motor claim settlement not done | |||
Dear bajaj allianz team, It's been almost 2 weeks that my car is being at hyundai distributorship due to claims being pending. My policy no. Is hbz/11382622 Some confusion has been there regarding the same. As i have a car on my name but being driven by my friend and few days back in an incident car broke down, i have furnished the rc, insurance and dl copy of friend who was driving but they have received some false complaint and on basis of that they have held my claims and now distributor is not handing the car. Now they are asking for my driving license which i do not pose for 4 wheeler and i do not drive the car. If there was issue in clearing the claims then work should have held and i have got it done outside on payment basis but now when work is finished and car is ready so they are raising an objection. Request you to please support in the case and get my claim resolved so that i can be a happy customer being associated with your organisation.
