[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — No Document provided After payment | |||||
I purchased the policy for my bike on 13thsept. I have done everything but I am not getting any response. Payment has been done but i didnt get any document or mail for the same. Even my policy no. not generated and told me to give details as they have some technical issues, i already provided details but no action has been taken. If i call customer care they just told wait for 24hrs your complaint has been raised and you willl get the response but till now nothing happens. Everyday i am calling customer care but no response till now. They just told me to wait for 24/48 hrs. No response yet. I even mailed them but no response.
