I am Soham Joshi, and I had paid Rs. 1402 on 10th January 2022 as a premium for a new motor insurance policy for TVS Jupiter 2014.
I purchased the policy via the Caringly Yours app. I did not get any confirmation or reference number from Bajaj Allianz, and the policy has not been issued even after 3 weeks. I called multiple times, and even e-mailed escalations to their teams, but I'm not getting a response. Even after providing all details such as vehicle number, bank reference number, etc., They said they are still investigating and will respond in 24-48hrs, but they never do. How long does it take to track a simple payment?
