Policy reference no:[protected], Application no: [protected], Date of commencement:09-april-2013 Membership no: [protected], Premium amount: 25000. I have taken a policy "sarve shakti suraksha policy of bajaj allianz ' through shamrao vital co-operative bank, vashi, sector:15, navi mumbai. Having a premium of rs. 25000 yearly for the last 4 years i. E 9th april 2013. I have not yet received my original policy certificate despite repeated complaints to bajaj allianz. Every year i have to remind bajaj allianz of the policy renewal date instead of the company informing the customer about such details as usual. When contacted shamrao vittal cooperative bank they provided me a duplicate copy of the policy certificate. I am still unaware of the details of my policy, its current market value, and how long i have to keep paying the premium to get back at least my paid principal amount back. Customers like me have lost trust and feel insecure of the fate of investments in these kind of private insurance companies. Request bajaj allianz customer care intervention as soon as possible.
