3rd party marketing company of bajaj allianz life insurance co. Ltd, new delhi have collected from me rs.61100/- on the promise of giving loan & issuing policy. All payments made in favour of bajaj allianz life ins by neft. It is now almost 1 month i have not received policy or loan. Complaint lodged with customer care of bajaj allianz but no action taken in refunding the money paid.

Updated by ramaswamy TG This I have been hearing from Bajaj Allianz since 8-10 days but no action take. Ifail to understand why you don't contact your 3rd party Agency when I have provided you telephone number & email address. I have also voice recording of conversation available.Amount is paid to Bajaj Allianz account and you are accountable to refund my money paid. It appears you are also in hand and gloves with your 3rd party.

Updated by ramaswamy TG Is Bajaj Allianz Life insurance fooling & cheating the public? I have seen here same type of complaint filed by another man. It seems Bajaj group is involved in frauds and scams and they are hand in gloves with fraudsters who are working on behalf of Bajaj. I am filing a criminal case against the company in consumer court and simultaneously exposing the modus operandi your company has initiated to cheat the public.
