Dear sir
I had got my car insurance done through Bajaj which covers third party till 01 nov 2021. Till date that it’s not updated on MParivahan because of which I am facing problems with RTO and a challaan for no insurance .My Veh number is UP80EU5757.I have spoken to customer care executives, they are clueless about things .I am tired of receiving system generated replies and service id from your group, till date solution has not been provided . It appears to be the most fraudulent insurance company as I have mailed to everyone up the channel yet not even a single representative has contacted me.This leaves me with no other option but to seek legal help against your company.
