[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — not adding cng in my insurance

Hi sir,

I have taken a insurance in end of nov for my car hr-12-ac-7921 from bajaj allianz which has been started from dec 5, 2017. And at the beginning of dec itself i have added cng to my car and i am requesting sales guys of bajaj allianz to add cng in my insurance (Which they promised me when i was purchasing the insurance).

Its more than a month now neither they are adding cng in insurance nor they are giving any answer to me.

My insurance number is : og[protected]-00080406

Guys to whom i am mailing my request are :

Please help in this case.

I got mail from bajaj allianz for next actions and finally they added CNG to insaurance.
Bajaj Allianz customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I applied for 2 wheeler insurance throigh policy bazaar website, opt for bajaj allianz, payed amount online but till now i haven't received any policy document not on email id nor at given address.
