I purchased a new two-wheeler policy on 23rd september 2019 via their online facility[website] along with an accident claim, after selecting the plan i paid the amount but the online process got froze at 66% and i was forced to close the page after 1 hour. And till now i did not get my policy and not even a single call from their side. And when i call[protected] it will get connected soon to the sales team. But when i explain my issue they are saying we are here to cheat new prospects and we will transfer the call to the service team and the call will never get connected. Now i do not know whether i should consider this as a fraudulent transaction initiated by the so-called bajaj allianz to cheat the public?
They know very well a common man cannot sue them because of the system that we follow in our country so these corporate thugs are benefitted. We used to call them "thugs of hindustan". They are having such a low-level call support system which will never provide waiting time and we would never get the relevant people on the call, in fact, i dropped a mail also to their ceo today[assuming the email id is right which i got from web]
So can anyone help with this? Please find my attached transaction details about the payment.
