I have been calling, chatting and emailing bajaj since october to refund for a duplicate policy for the same car insured with them. They asked to send a copy of the new policy which apparently is with them only. I emailed them the copy and they didnt do anything. I have emailed them the copy at least 4 times now and i have sent email to their complaints team as well as their level 1 to 5 helpdesk too.
No one seems to care about it and i have been chasing a refund for 4 months now. Please help.

Updated by Guptar09 They have caused me stress and mental harassment. I have sent them atleast 15 emails and have had no reply or calls from them at all.
