[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — online policy purchase issue

I purchased online policy from bajaj allianz on 30/oct/2017, there sla was to send the soft copy within 1 working day and hard copy within 7 working days. Now it has been almost a month i have not got the hard copy by courier/personal for which i ahve already paid a good amount of 2461/- to bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd for my 2 wheeler (Access 125).

Till date i have called the company toll free number 4-5 times and the different people talking everytime repeats the same stuff that i will receive the hard copy in 7 working days. The callers are not at all co-operative and once the call is ended they do not bother to call back and check whether the customer issues are resolved.

Swapnil from the customer care has given me complaint number # 69592014, which i false/true i am not sure.

I want the consumer court to take some serious action over this, as i am mentally getting disturbed as well as if any cop ask me for my vehicle documents i do not have any insurance proof for same. I do not have any proof to present except my online transaction that i have got as a message on my mobile.
