Bajaj Allianz took the payment and generated policy for the new member but they are not reflecting in the app and eventually will not be able to submit any claims. Why do you take payment if you are unable to control your application members. I was not able to utilise the benefits from last 4 months and wasted my 20k on this.
Never trust and waste your money on Bajaj policies. They have useless customer care and they don't keep the records upto date and everytime asks the same details without looking at the tickets. Wasted 4 months till now and would need compensation for wasting my time as well.
