[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — policy given to mr satyendra jhajhria along with premium amount but policy documents not received till date | |||
I being the branch manager of pnb gudha gorji. Have given 2 policies of stocks and building to mr satyendra, territory head at jaipur last month. We had also credited the premium amount to your pnb account on that same day but till not we had no information about the policies. Regularly we do folow up with mr satyendra and every day he used to make us fool that till evening you will get the policies. Kindly take strict action against him or refund us premium amount along with interest so that without ignoring any future mishappening we can make insure our goods and property through other insurance company. Sir as stated in my previous comment I hd only paid the premium amount about a month ago but ur dealing official of Jaipur territory has neither given me any policy number nor any document. I can only share the transaction number through which I hd paid the premium amount. And if you can't resolve my issue kindly refund that premium amount so that we can get our stocks insured through some other insurance company.
