[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — premium amount fraud | |||
I am holding a Bajaj Allianz policy no: [protected], Product name: Fortune Gain, The Policy inception data is: 28.01.2018 and the one time Investment premium was 50, 000. On 25.04.2019 I did a Top up of Rs 10, 000 but its a more then a month and even after continuous followup it is not added in my Account. This is a total fraud case as inspite of calling many time in Bajaj allianz customer care my amount is not getting updated and my refund also is denied, Had i failed to notice it myself my money wound have gone. Please find attached the premium receipt generated on 25.04.2019 and Account statement generated on 10.06.2019 which still doesnt show the premium amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
