I purchased a new Bajaj allianz health policy with quote reference 11-8450-[protected]-00 and the payment was completed on 14 Dec 2022. After the initial medical tests were completed, the policy was declined for 2 persons out the 3 due to medical reasons on 27th Dec 2022 and I received the cancellation message from the team.
The refund for my payment has not been initiated even after several emails to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in. All the details were shared via email and the ticket was raised with request number SR:9531004.
