Duplicate policy was genarated during the renewal of my car insurance.
Called them through the customer care on 05th of Feb 2021. The duplicate policy was cancelled immediately. The refund is still being processed. Whenever i call them, there is no proper update. Have called them close to 100 times to get the status, and there is no process. They claim that it is different team working on it and they can't get in touch with them. If people working at bajaj allianz customer care can't contact them, then how can i?
In Feb they said they will process the refund in a week.
In March i realised that the refund is not processed and i called them.
They said, since they don't have my bank details. They were not able to process my refund. I have provided them the details. Now they are telling that the refund is processed on 18th of Feb. I responded to them with my bank statements and now they are telling that they will process the request again.
I've been waiting for this request from 5th of Feb 2021(4 months).
