[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Regarding air conditioner service warranty. | |||
I had bought voltas AC of 33, 000 on emi with bajaj allianz, they said that pay extra Rs.2969/- and we will extend the service warranty for 2 years. Now ithere is a fault in AC I had called them on 17th july to their customer care no. they registered the complaint with complaint no. - OC[protected] and they said that they will provide the service within 3 days but no one had come then I again called they provide me numbers of different people where I have to call then I called all these number but they even didn't receive my call again I called the customer care they registered complain with complaint no. 63196561 they said it's on highly priority their engineers will reach soon but no one called me... Now I repeated the process I call them n they only give me numbers to but nothing has been happened yet... Please help me from these companies who looted their customer...
