This is regarding Bajaj Allianz premium health guard insurance policy.
I purchased the policy on 26th June 2022 for two years. According to the health guard policy brochure, it is clearly mentioned that if there is no claim filed for first year, the 50% super cumulative bonus will be added to the sum assured. Same is the case for second year, if there is no claim filed for second year too, the 50% super cumulative bonus will be added to the sum assured.
Your customer case at the time of purchasing the policy clearly told that during next renewal after two years i, e 25th June 2024, I will be getting 100% super cumulative bonus.
However, after the purchase your customer care have started rejecting the same, now they are saying that its the number of renewal that matters. Hence in this case there is only one renewal for two years so only 50% cumulative bonus will be added.
I would like to understand if this is the case, what's the point of
purchasing a two years policy? This is like a scam where customers who
are purchasing a policy for one year get double the super cumulative
bonus than the customers who are paying a higher amount for a two year
policy.
If this is the case and I am getting only 50% as a Super cumulative
bonus after two years, I would like to withdraw my policy since its not been 15 days since the time I purchased the policy. Please refund my money.
This is clear fraud and scam you guys are running in India.
