Dear sir,
I send lots of mail to ICICI bank and Bajaj Allianz care. but not resolve
my issue. i register Auto debit mandate account to sbi from icici on dated 4 june 2021. also mail to icici from close my account ( during covid
pandemic) . in this period i pay my emi premium manually from sbi . because of auto debit to sbi is not work.
after that i join my company back to oman. and activate my icici nri
account again ( i mail to icici and activate again )
in the November i start first transaction my salary to icici . after 3-4 days on dated 12 Nov 2021 Debited 590 rupees on 17 times (590x17=10030) without any notification by icici bank. message or mail . i keep this amount for maintain MAB .
for changing my account to sbi on 4 june 2021 i attached a screen shoot.
this is may be Bajaj allianze system or server mistake if not changed mandate account on dated 4 june. this is not my fault. i again try on October 2021 that time changed mandate account to sbi. customer care exicutive also unable to solve why not changed before by website.
Bajaj allianz higher management also aware from my issue but not answering anything .
Mr Tapan singhel (CEO), customer care executive : trpti kakade, ashish gupta, ketki kerkar priyanka gajbhiv etc replying me same answer .
only rounding email and give me SRN number not solved my issue till date. i got SR Number : 98131682, 98000649, 98083001, 4972511 etc
