If after resignation I am unable to serve my notice period complete due to family issues and get absconding and termination letter thereafter, can I get my relieving letter? I served from[protected] to 17th May, 2023. And accordingly my last working day was on 17th June, 2023. But the HR is not approving the relieving letter and terminated on the grounds of Voluntarily Abandonment from employment. I am ready to compensate for the month of notice period dues from my salary. As of now I haven't received any response from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Team. Though HR called me but denied for relieving letter. It seems I will have to approach labour for my relieving and my salary for the month of may which was not approved by my reporting boss.
