Myself an ex employee of BALIC, had resigned on[protected]. And accordingly my last working day was supposed to be[protected]. I was working here since[protected]. My attendance was also not approved for the month of May due to which I didn't receive any salary . And later due to some family health issues I could not serve the notice period and I last visited office on[protected]. Meanwhile I had received absconding mail and to report office in a week. But as I was busy in hospital I couldn't do so and I hd intimated over mail to my reporting manager and HR. Later I received one more mail regarding absconding and thereby got a termination letter mentioning absconding of services. I talked with HR regarding this but they were adamant to provide me relieving letter and they suggested they will revoke my termination on the grounds that I rejoin. I told them I am mentally not well for any such decision but as they were reluctant I told I can join based on other vertical alloted as i was wordied about my future endeavours for not getting any relieving letter. After I had read the termination clause I became clear that if I can't serve the notice period in full i can compensate for the said month for which I was ready also. Finding no solution I messaged in BALIC facebook page and later received call from head HR but they told I won't be getting any relieving letter. Please help regarding this ad clarify the terms and conditions urgently. Kindly revert back at the earliest as I feel my career is going to be spoiled for this.
