[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Sarva shakti suraksha scheme... Customer service informed that i would get less than the amount i paid as premium

Hi,

I have been paying premium for sarva shakti suraksha, 1500 evey month from 2012 september to august 2016. I was informed initially by agent that i can surrender my policy after 4 years and i would get back along with the interest.
When i called to the customer care, enquiring about my fund details they are saying i would get only aroundrs 60, 000 where as i have paid premium about rs 71998 till now.

I request resolve my issue as soon as possible
