I Bought My HITACHI SPLIT AC 1.50 TON On 24/Apr/2016 9:54:09PM at Viveks / Porur ( India Chennai )
Also I Bought and Paid 2 Years Extend Warranty For This Product ( so its valid up to April 2019 )
From 6 Months I Am Trying To Claim My Extend Warranty.
When I try to claim. They Rejected As Model Number & Serial Number Mismatch.
Through Mail, Call & Direct Visit Also I Tried Many Times From 6 Months No Use.
Please Check My Viveks Bill Model Number RAU518AVD That I purchased and installed in my home HITACHI SPLIT AC 1.50 TON.
Check Bajaj Extend Warranty Bond HITACHI SPLIT AC Model Number Typed as RAU014CVEA
Viveks Installed Me RAU518AVD Model Only.
But In Bajaj Extend Warranty Bond It Was Typed Wrongly... It Was Not My Mistake.
So Now Have to Correct My Model Number and Serial Number In Bajaj Extend Warranty Bond.
Then Only Able Move To Claim My Extend Warranty.
I Attached all the related screenshot mails and bill copy.
