I have taken Serve shakti surksha product while opening account in CitiBank. I paid 1500rs/month premium . Today I want to know what is the status of above policy. So I tried to connect to customer care pune[protected], but I unable to connect it. I need information of my policy amount and account statement .

My scooter's engine no. and chasis no. are incorrect in policy document. I want to change it . I purchased the policy online. The soft copy of the policy showing incorrect engine and chasis no.
