Bajaj Allianz — Unable to Reach customer care

Today I tried to reset the password of my online account. I am unable to reset and unable to login.their site giving some script error and not resetting the password. I tried calling the customer care[protected] when called u cannot select the language. When called through[protected] the call will get disconnected when connecting to customer care. Please attend the call and give me a solution. I want to cancel my policy and get the money back. My policy number is : [protected]
