[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — wrong amount of ecs submitted to bank | |||||
I had asked u people to change my frequency and due to some error you guys didn't not even change the frequency till two months after the expiry date and on top of that you have you have submitted the ecs for the amount of the whole year twice in a month and i am not going to bear the bank changes of that. Because of your mistakes why should i pay and your customer care is the worst in the world and i don't know what escalation means in your company but its # hopeless.
