Bajaj — bike not starting at all

Hi I purchased a new bike from sector-14 gurgaon from krishna bajaj from first day itself self start is not working. and after 10 days I used its not at all staring now. It has been 7 days since I complain the service center. Nothing is happening. They are saying bring it to show room we will check. but since bike is not at all staring how can I take there. This is total irritating. .
