I have purchased a dry iron bajaj dhx 9 on 24/1/18, since then already got it repaired 3 times.. The process of getting the technician home is very taxing as the service centre’s don’t send technician before 10 days. I had requested for a replacement of iron. I was given numbers of 4 people to talk who never answer the mobiles. Very very bad after sale service from the company. The only reply from service center i get is it can’t be replaced. If you have sold a faulty product, you should be liable to give refund of money or replace it with a new one. Was this information helpful? | |||
