Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj majesty geyser | |||
It all started with my call no. MUM[protected]-1 dated 23rd January ( Just 3 days before my Guarantee expired on 26th January) while I had complained about my Bajaj Majesty Geyser. Your technician attended it on same day without informing me and even in my absence (In presence of our house made) and declared that the complaint has been resolved. After that I again raised the complaint on 25th January (MUM[protected]) which was attended ob 28th January but again the problem was not resolved. Then suddenly on 1st February Geyser stopped working entirely and I again raised the complaint on 2nd February, 2016. Complaint no. given to me is 9196126. The technician visited on the same day ( this time also in my absence) and declared that some spare part need to be changed and it will take 1-2 days to get that spare part from the company. He also mentioned since now the geyser is out of guarantee the repairing will be chargeable for which I had no option except agreeing it. Since then I am following up every day for it but today is the 4th day and I am not sure whether the geyser will be repaired or not. Now the slogan of Bajaj Electrical "We are a family' makes me angry every time I see it. I request you to look into matter personally and help your customer at the earliest. For the complaint dated 6 February, 2016 you are responding on 17th February 2016. I have mentioned all the complaint numbers in my previous post. Can't you get my contact details from the registered complaint at your customer care toll free number?
Anyway I have resolved my problem myself with the help of your service provider M/s Bhagyashri Electrical. This is my last experience with you hence forth I will neither buy any appliance from M/s Bajaj Electricals nor recommend anybody for buying it.
