I ordered a bajaj Majesty ICX 7 Induction Cooker on 6th March, 2022 through website of https://shop.bajajelectricals.com/ and I paid the amount through Credit Card. The item was mentioned to be delivered within 7-10 days. On 9th March, 2022 I got a call from bajaj executive(Vineet Kapoor) that the item is not available So he said We will cancel this order and amount will be refunded. So I wait for order cancelation and I follow-up on email and Customer care phone number. but Till date no action has been taken. I sent mail to bajaj customer care and sales section also but till now the amount was not refunded to me.
