I bought a bajaj induction icx7 from mahavir the home store, santacruz west, mumbai-400054 dt 28/11/2016, i have already lodged 16 complaint over phone at customer care no. As well as at local service centre. A technician attended but could not set right the defect. I have been repeatedly calling the local service center as well as the call center of bajaj to take an initiative for rectification of defect. But i have not noticed any progress to resolve the issue till today... Since its warranty is about to get over on 28/11/2017.
