Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj Masterchef 3.0 food processor | |
I had bought a Bajaj Masterchef 3.0 food processor (B014YHX0PG - Bajaj f/p master chef 3) through Amazon on 31.12.2020. Copy of Invoice attached. There are 2 jars and a juicer and other food processing attachments. The coupling of the wet grinding jar broke in April 2021 i.e. within 4 months of purchase. A complaint was lodged bearing no. DEL[protected]-1. On 13.04.2021 the technician visited and stated that I would have to pay for the replacement since the accessories are not covered under warranty. The coupling was replaced. No bill was provided for the repair. Payment was through Paytm. Receipt of the same is attached. Again the coupling of the above jar and the dry grinding jar broke. A complaint was lodged bearing no. DEL[protected] -1. On 23.06.2021 the technician visited and replaced the couplings. It was assured that original parts have been used. A bill dated 23.06.2021 was provided. Copy attached. Now again within 15 days o[censored]se the coupling of wet jar has broken. No request for repair has been lodged yet. I wish to place on record and complain about the sub standard quality of the replacement. It is very disappointing and disheartening that Bajaj product is not up to the expected standard. I have been a Bajaj products consumer since more that 35 to 40 years and this is the first time that I am facing such an issue. Prior to this food processor I had used Bajaj Food Factory 11 and it had worked without problems for almost 10-11 years. As the present product is under warranty, it is requested that the Bajaj Masterchef 3.0 food processor be replaced with a better quality product by Bajaj.
