We had bought one Splendid induction cook(er) some time in 2018. Now the “ON-OFF” switch of the appliace has become sticky, not functioning most of the time.
All attempts to address the problem to your customer care over the last one week, repeatedly requesting them on phone to send a personnel to attend to the problem have been in vain.
