[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Ceiling fan not working in spite of several repair from service center | |||
I have purchased two ceiling fan of bajaj tezz brand in february 2015 which is under 2 years warranty. After 3-4 months the fan was very slow and the air was not good. I have complained to customer care, after that service man came and changed the coil. Again the other fan had same problem. Like this till today i had complained almost 5-6 times vide my mob no. [protected] but the fan still not working after several repair. I can't understand what the service man repair. Kindly exchange both the fan, i am fed up of complaining again and again.
