Bajaj Electricals — Ceiling fan refund | |||
Bajaj brands are so popular and based on that I purchased ceiling fan but going thru very bad service from Bajaj. Atleast 6-7 times the technician came during the pandemic times to resolve the noise issue from the fan. Even I had replaced the fan. On the new fan again the same issue I faced after 2 months of installation. I had raised complaint and the technician came and was not able to solve the issue. I request to please take the product back and refund me the amount as I can not give more timing and entry to technician during this pandemic time. I purchased another fan as I did not get any response from Bajaj and I think now they must have closed the ticket as there was lock down this year. Closing of ticket without acknowledging happened last year too and had to raise again. I am really unsatisfied with the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
