[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Complaint about the inefficiency of the service network of bajaj. | |||
I have bajaj platini geyser 15 l. As per visit of the service engineer the element of the geyser is faulty. But after the visit till date it has been almost two weeks. Neither the service engineer called. When i give a call they tell that the element will be changed and shift the date by one week. Really dissatisfied. I am located at faridabad sec 87 dealer is at ballabgarh. Anil [protected]. Also the customer care no is switched of bajaj.
