[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Complaint against bajaj electricals - delivering fault geyser /no rectification | |||
We want to register complaint against Bajaj Electrical for delivering fault geyser (which was not able to serve even 15 days ) and after knowing the fault failed to take rectification. We brought a Water Geyser of Bajaj (10 L) on 04/11/15 from dealer Amrita & co., pallavaram. After 15 days the Geyser stopped working. We contacted dealer and he contacted bajaj electricals and a person made a visit and identified geyser as faulty and to be replaced by but after that since past 20 days nothing happened. We are fed up of making calls to service center. We are working professionals so we are free only on saturday & sunday and weekdays only by 7 pm. We tried to seek help of area service manager, chennai area but it was of no help and he switched off his phone listen to us. Was this information helpful? | |||
