Hello customer service,
I have purchased a bajaj air cooler on dated[protected] from flip cart (Order id: od[protected]. But unfortunately within a 3 months, it is not working, fan is stuck and make abnormal sound.
Hence, i have raised a complain on 7th aug’17 to fix the issue. Complain no-del[protected]-1. You know this is my big mistake to raise a complaint with you. Complain was raised in 7th aug’17 and today is 11th aug’17 but i didn’t get a single call from service center neither service technician visit my place.
I called several times to customer service no’s and they were assured that my concern forwarded to restive team and i will get a call/technician visit soon to fix my problem.
Today (11th aug’17), i call 4/5 times to customer service no’s and had a disastrous experience how bajaj service center works.
I got a 4 no’s from customer service representative and asked me to call these guys, they will definitely help you because they belong s top level of bajaj customer service center.
1st contact person - sishka sharma-[protected] (No is invalid, please check the nos)
2nd contact person - sashi ranjan - [protected] (Called him, name was confirmed same, but as per him this a wrong no as he is not belong to bajaj service center, but as per customer representative he is area service manager, isn’t strange??
3rd [protected] — manish singh (No unreachable)
4th u. K banerjee - [protected] (Called several times, didn’t pick up the phones)
Isn’t strange experience of bajaj customer service after purchase any product?? I believe it’s not a bajaj standard. I have full faith on bajaj product but after experiencing customer service for the first time i am losing my faith.
Finally, i am writing to you but don’t know whether i get a resolution or not. Just for sharing the strange experience how bajaj customer service work.
Really i very disappointed for your service.
