With my lot of grievances at last I am writing this complain mail. As i have purchsed a Bajaj Majestry DX6 Iron on[protected] from Flipkart. The same has got delivered on time. Post that I have been able to use the Iron for 2 days. After that it was out of order. I have complained about the same at thw toll free no-[protected]. Where the executive kept on promising me that the technician will visit my house & will repair it. Also gave me complain number of 10723602, but no one turned up. Again I called up & complained about the same, where the c.care executive told me that the technician couldn't trace my house, where my contact number was given. So I asked to take a complain again & mention my number so that if they can't trace my house they can call me..and I have been provided with a complain number 10991095 again...But I'm sorry to say, nobody turned up again... and I am left with miscommitments & false promises.
Request you to please help me in getting the problem sorted out.
