Hi. I am from Bangalore. I have ordered dry iron from bajaj electricals website on 14th Jul 2016. But I have not got the same yet till today (26th Jul). When ever I call customer care, people say that we will update you the status in next half an hour. But no executives call back. Just imagine not having an iron at home for 12 days. This is one of the worst service. They are not even cancelling my order and I am stuck because I have already made the payment. I cant even buy the product from outside because my money is already stuck here. This is disgusting. My order no is BEL001B1320965 Was this information helpful? | |||||
