I purchased 02 fans of captioned model from Vidyut Vyapar Purania Sitapur Road Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on 25.08.2013 (2 years gurantee card available) .The speed of the fans has always been a issue since beginning and now the speed of the fans is negligible and there is no air flow.The air flow has been the issue since begining which reflects that there is some problem with the fins. Since now the fans are used on daily basis and non working of the same in peak summer season causes a very painful situation. The fans are having 2 years of guarantee. Kindly replace /change both the fans on an urgent basis, as this is the peak summer season and non working of the fans causes a painful situation.An early response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
