[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Geyser not working - bajaj-25 litres - worst service by bajaj | |||
Hello, I have raise a complaint on 24th, may2016 and the below are the details, Ban[protected]-1 Assigned to sumukha electrical. The electrician came after 4-days and examined the geyser and told that need to replace the coil and he said he will be coming back in 2days with coil. Again he came after 10days with the new coil and replaced it and this time he told some plate has gone, so leakage is there and now he need to replace the plate. He didn't turned up till today and he's not picking the phone as well.. At last i have sent an sms to him saying if he want i can pay money also, then he picked the phone and gave his boss number... It's been more than 3-times i tried calling his boss as well.. But no body turns. It's around one month now and the issue is not resolved and im really frustrated with bajaj service. Hello,
They have replaced the part today but there is water leakage in my Geyser. This problem has newly started after an improper work by the electrician.
The electrician who fixed this has told that, it is excess water which is leaking and it will stop after 2-3hours but its been more than 10 hours now, still the leakage continues.
Seems he didn't fixed the things properly and created the water leakage problem.
Bajaji in correct service is leading to in-safety of customer life.
Please do the needful things.

Till now nothing happens - When ever i put the comments here i will get a call from bajaj and new complaint number will be registered and the same electrician came to my house for more than 6-times and he always say's now this time something is gone... except the outer layer of my geyser everything has been changed but nothing works.
