Bajaj Electricals — Harassment regarding Gas Stove replacement under warranty

We have purchased a Bajaj gas stove (SS 2B) on 12.06.2021.Just within a few months the oven was malfunctioning & as it was within warranty we contacted bajaj regarding this. A technician visited & after checking he gave us a replacement slip . So we received a new gas stove from bajaj as the technician confirmed that the old one was beyond repair. But after just few days the new stove also started showing the same problems & now when we are contacting bajaj they are harassing us & they denied any help as well . The stove is still under warranty so they are bound to provide us service which they are not providing .
I request for a complete money refund & I am also ready to give the faulty stove back as it is very risky for us to use a faulty gas stove.

Updated by shreya115655 A technician visited yesterday & he has submitted a false report stating that there is no problem in their gas stove. During his visit he himself has observed the malfunction . We can show the problem again as it's still persisting.
