Dear sir, This is inform you that i have purchased bajaj farata tez fan on your direct website on 18th feb 2018 my order number : bel001b0532795. And successfully received this product on 21.02.2018. I am very much shock this product not having swing option most of the pedestral fan having this facility. I am very much disappointed of this product. On that day itself i contacted on your customer care they are telling we are received your complain and take action against that my complain num : che[protected]-1. Today your service engineer came and told me the product not having swing option and the product itself coming more noise. Kindly contact to bajaj website customer care directly to return your order. Kindly help me almost one week has been completed. Please return my money or kindly give bajaj victor type of pedestral fan. If you have any query related my complain kindly contact to me my number is [protected]. Kindly help me i have spend 3000rs on this product. I need your valuable reply from your side.
