Bajaj Electricals — irresponsible service center | |||
I have purchased Bajaj food processor 1000fx around 10 months back. At the first place the food processor is of C grade in the span of 10 months the food processor has been repaired three times even the motor has been replaced. my last complaint which has been lodged around 20 days back has not been resolved till date. "As the king so are the subjects" fits very well for Bajaj electricals because the company is not bothered about their customers grievances, the service center is not held accountable for the lapses in services, even the call center employees talk in their favour and act on their instructions and the best example is the message i got from bajaj that my complaint has been resolved and closed. There is one lady called megha kadam to whom you can complaint in case you are not satisfied with the service center but unfortunately even she doesn't pick the phone. We are totally desatisfied with your service.
Our problem is not so big but your company service is too poor.
We will never recommend to buy Bajaj electrical product.
