[Resolved]  Bajaj Electricals Ltd — Parts included in guarantee asking for replacement charge

I purchased a room heater (RHX2) from Big Bazar on 17/11/2013 recently, by yesterday the halogen rod got damaged/fused. Complaint lodge today (complaint no 4118596), service person called me today (very quick response, its good) and informed me that the halogen rod shall be replaced by chargeable basis. It is totally surprised that as per Guarantee card no where it is indicated that this part is outside guarantee.
The Bajaj people are saying that "USUALLY IT IS OUT SIDE GUARANTEE", boss who cares about "USUALLY"/"IT IS UNDERSTOOD"/ETC non contractual terms. As a customer i will follow as per guarantee card available with me only. They are saying they will write that this is not included under guarantee, is it correct presently?? Pl mind that I purchased this item after verifying the guarantee condition only on 17/11/2013, not based on your people what will write in future.

If any document is showing this part is outside guarantee I am ready to replace it at chargeable basis.

Kindly look into the matter.

NO SIR. THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED AT YOUR END, BUT NOT AT MY END. YOUR TEAM CAME TO MY RESIDENCE AND REPALCE THE HALOGEN LAMP IN CHARGABLE BASIS (INR 130).YOU ARE NOT COMPLYING YOUR TERMS OF GUARANTEE.VERY SAD AND VERY BAD EXPERIANCE.
