[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Microwave oven not repaired despite collective service charge. | |||||
I have made complaint to bajaj elecctricals around one month back when my microwave oven 2100 etc which stopped working. The product is almost in new condition whereas warranty was expired, however, service technician visited home and asked to pay 350/- as service charged and ensured that oven pcb would replaced since its faulty and taken out from oven for replacement. However, despite passing more than month and regular follow-up they are refusing to repair or replaced the pcb and giving excuse that its not in their stock. My microwave oven now is good for nothing and as per bajaj electricals they can't do anything and even stopped to pick my phone. I have made almost 4 regular complaint regarding this but all goes in vein. I surprised when they are selling the products than why the requisite spare parts not made available. Would it mean that product purchased from bajaj would have to be thrown out once inoperative due to faulty part. Navneet [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

2.Product was ordered from online from Bajaj website and full amount was paid via netbanking.
3.The product has not been delivered to me till date in spite of continuous reminding them about it.There response is extremely pathetic..
