My newly bought oven blasted after 3 uses...!! The rod inside the oven broke into 2. Since the oven was in warranty, i called technicians who did not touch the oven at all, let alone repair it. I requested to repair the remaining 2 rods as well, but the complaints officer spoke on the phone sayin, yes, he will get it done after which the techs never turned up. The experience has been horrific as the newly bought oven lays like a lifeless and broken box in front o[censored]s, no use of the warranty and the complaints officer seems too careless and openly compared bajaj to local electrical products stating that there is no difference between the two companies.. I have had my patience as i had submitted the complaint2 weeks ago.. But no attempt to resolve this has been made.
