Bajaj Electricals — Non working of Morphy Richards mixer grinder | |||
I purchased Morphy Richards Marvel Supreme mixer grinder of 750 Watt on 20 August 2019. Item Code 640043 From Starting the appliance wasn't working to its expected level, especially the chutney jar. Between August 2019 and May 2020, 3 times the person from service center visited and replaced the chutney jar. In the fourth instance, I escalated the complaint directly to high offices in the company instead of dealing with service centers. We want the replacement of the product as they have given us a faulty one. The official response in Bajaj Electricals have been very pathetic. After series of mail exchanges finally its Branch Service Incharge, Mr Anurag Tuteja called and agreed to send a technician. It is pertinent to mention here that Mr Tuteja is highly unprofessional and pathetic person. In his first call only he refused to undertake any request of replacement even though the product is in warranty, and only agreed for any repair. Then on the day the technician came, another hopeless person, he told us to fill entire jar with coriander leaves to make proper chutney. Now in which household does anybody eat 1 kg of chutney daily. Then we agreed to give him that much of ingredient on condition that if it didnt grind to the expected level he has to replace the product. On this he became defensive and left the premise. Mr Tuteja response to this was that we havent cooperated, he was defensive for his technician and didnt do anything. I intend to take bajaj electricals to consumer court as i have lost my patience.
