Bajaj cc is not helping me. Keeps registering a complaint without any resolution. Technicians and service center do not pickup the phone. Technician came and took money to repair ofr but it stopped working in 30 odd mins. I emailed bajaj immediately to establish a written timeline and now there is no response from bajaj. Bajaj majesty iron box cord wire is damaged.L pin is broken which is connected to the plug.I just dropped it down after i did iron to my clothes.the L pin to the plug is removed out of it.
